The Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) internship program offers undergraduate and graduate college students an opportunity to gain work experience in state government.

Here is what you do:

2. If there are no current opportunities listed at this time, you may still complete an Internship Application. If any opportunities become available, your application will then be reviewed by the department.

Please note that all internship opportunities found on this page are considered "unpaid." Paid internships, in addition to internships with other state agencies may be found on the Department of Administrative Services website at https://das.iowa.gov/ and also on the Iowa State Hygienic Lab's website at http://www.shl.uiowa.edu/.
