Discipline and Public Actions
All documents found on these pages are public records according to Iowa law. Use the links below to find a list of public disciplinary actions taken by the board against licensees and unlicensed people or businesses who have been charged with performing acts for which a license is required. The lists are sorted alphabetically. Click on a name to see a list of public legal documents for that name and download or view a copy of the charges and final action taken. Discipline actions accessible on this page only go through mid-2017. In mid-2017 the board transitioned to a new database. Discipline actions from mid-2017 to present can be found using the public search functions in the public portal. Click here to access the public portal.
