Advisory Committee
Creating programs for genetic disorders relies on perspectives from a multitude of disciplines. Our Congenital and Inherited Disorders Advisory Committee (CIDAC) brings together representatives from professional groups, agencies, legislators, consumers and individuals with an interest in promoting genetic services. Together, they provide advice and recommendations for the design and implementation of genetic disorder programs within the Iowa Department of Public Health.
