Data Reporting

Integrated Provider Network (IPN) contractors clearly and accurately document at the contractor level, the provision of services to Iowans and reports service data as directed by IDPH and licensure standards.   

Claims

IPN contractors submit claims for reimbursement to IDPH once a month by completing a Claim Form in IowaGrants. Contractors submit a claim for each month by the 30th day of that next month. IDPH reviews and approves submitted claims for payment based on the uploaded claim support.
