Program Licensure and Regulation

IDPH licenses and monitors approximately 120 substance use disorder and problem gambling treatment programs.  Staff assist programs through the  licensure process, help Iowans find appropriate treatment, as well as responding to and resolving complaints received against substance use disorder and problem gambling treatment programs.
